Dr. Leger's academic background as a podiatrist includes a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Athletic Therapy from Concordia University. He is part of the first class to graduate from the doctoral program in podiatric medicine at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in 2008.
This path has allowed him to develop an approach focused on the rehabilitation of posture and gait disorders resulting from malalignment or mechanical problems.
Dr. Leger will accompany the Athlete in you towards his/her full potential through healthy feet.
In 2008 Dr. Leger, podiatrist joined Dr. Hobeychi's team at the Terrebonne Podiatric Surgery Clinic and Centre where he continues his training in podiatric surgery. He founded the Leger Foot Clinic in 2010. As an active member of the Order of Podiatrists of Quebec, he participates in several committees for the advancement of the profession.
His commitment to podiatry inspires him to give lectures here and abroad when the opportunity arises. Among other things, he participated in a week-long training session on diabetic foot in Bamako, Mali in June 2011, as well as presentations to medical residents at the Université d'État d'Haïti.
