Kathryn McCormick

Kathryn is a professional counselor, with 25 years of experience as a therapist, educator, coach and consultant. She obtained her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, in 1996, from the University

of Victoria. She is passionate about guiding others toward reaching their full potential and maintaining

a balanced life. She uses a client-centered approach, incorporating elements of Cognitive-Behaviourial Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, along with other modalities, in order to create

a treatment plan that addresses your particular needs. Kathryn uses her heart, as well as her head, when working with you to achieve your goals and to become the best version of yourself that you can be.

For the past 10 years, she has been utilizing a more holistic approach in her practice, incorporating elements of mind/body and spirituality into her work with clients. Her goal is to help her clients to become their own "therapist" by learning to listen to themselves and by developing resiliency.
